SECRETO Chair/Lorenz * Kaz for Colé

Catharina Lorenz (Germany), and Steffen Kaz (Germany) based their study, Lorenz * KazIn the fall of 2001, both with a wealth of professional experience. Working for clients such as Antonio Lupi, Bedont, DePadova, Corian ® DuPont, General Motors, Omnidecor, Rossin, Siemens, Zeitraum, Zoltan. With the mark Lorenz * Kaz, Catharina Lorenz and Steffen Kaz propose a line of furnishing, designed, manufactured and marketed entirely by them. They have won several international awards including Red Dot Design Award: Best of the Best.

For Colé they designed a Chair of modern and traditional at the same time, that responds perfectly to the brief "work on the furniture of memory by creating industrial objects but artisan taste".

A key element is the structure, denoting construction and complexity of detail especially in the backrest, made of sticks inserted by hand into the base slot. In solid beech wood Matt lacquered in white or black (or customized on request) or natural oak with open pore mat finish, can be upholstered in a variety of Kvadrat fabrics Divine plain or fancy. "
