Water Balance
Cristina Rubinetterie Gozzano, Novara and operating in the field of faucets, will be present at the IED in Rome for the "water in balance", organized to present the projects carried out by students of the IED for the company.
The company always believes in Cristina value innovation investing constantly in research and technical development and evolution of the product through the use of design.
With a view to promotion of young talents, Cristina has started at the beginning of the academic year with the school IED Rome Design a design workshop on the theme "tap: body, space and object" with the aim of achieving an innovative faucet for the bathroom environment.
The project was developed by students of the course 24-year Product Design under the guidance of Silvana Angeletti and Daniele Ruzza angeletti ruzza design study that invited students to reflect on the interaction between body, space and object, on people's emotional needs related to society and its changes, the potential of technology and production constraints.
To understand the philosophy Cristina, students were invited to visit the venue and production company, where they could see up close how it produces a tap and learned to appreciate the quality and detail of the project.
The enthusiasm of the students, emerged from the synergistic collaboration with the company and with the teachers, is perceptible by their projects that communicate ideas and innovative forms.
The 32 taps designed by students IED will be subjected to a prestigious jury.
Cristina will reward the three best projects with a scholarship from the total value of euro 10,000.
In the splendid setting of the courtyard of the headquarters in via Alcamo, June 7 will be the presentation of the projects to reward and give visibility to the creations of young designers.
