' House ' is a KOMB high in technology, from modern and traditional materials with a minimum impact on the environment and by several ecological ideas incorporated in the House designed by Karim Rashid. This includes heat water by solar panels, energy efficient appliances, reuse rainwater and gray, the low power consumption of the LED lighting and pavements radians. The structure can be easily disassembled and its materials, such as wood, metal, glass and solar panels can be reused.
The outer shell of the House is composed of reclaimed wood repeated elements, each collection has a slightly different profile, giving a dynamic and fluid look both outside and inside. Their angles and depths to create a certain level of privacy, from the outside, you can barely see at home, but from the inside, the natural light creates a play of shadows. the self-supporting facade is off-site prefabricated and assembled on site easily, thanks to its modularity.
total interior space is composed of four main areas that represent our main daily activities: play, eat, sleep and hygiene. the central space is based on Islamic, patio featuring an oasis with a skylight and a central pool. The opening of the skylight checks the temperature of the House, once opened, collects rainwater that is filtered into the pool. A rotary kinetic art sculpture placed above the House captures wind energy to distribute energy in all environments.

The layout of the House comes from the central pool and extends into four quadrants that make up the living room, bathroom, bedroom and dining room. The black floor becomes another floor inlays throughout the kitchen and bath. In the living room and bedroom, floor, pattern translates into soft carpets, multi-colored vinyl flooring and rugs made of recycled materials, low VOC emissions.
A great, unique, oval sofa is located in the center of the living room, creating a sense of community and aggregate. above it hangs a chandelier light, creating a soft glow to the entire living space. a small study area is furnished with a desk made of fiberglass and Office chairs are positioned in a corner of the room.
