Andrew Patterson Architectsis one of the best architectural firms in New Zealand. Their credo: the ecology of a building and the poetic dimension of its architecture are essentially inseparable. According to this approach, have designed a farmhouse in the middle of a flock of sheep, perched in the hills near the coastal city of Auckland. To cope with the extreme climatic conditions of the site and especially the wind, the architects have designed a wooden and concrete structure that revolves around a patio and outdoor swimming pool.
